At HJ Counselling & Training Center, we strive to provide high-quality services to all our clients. However, we understand that sometimes changes are necessary. Please read our cancellation policy carefully:

1. Cancellations

  • Clients may cancel a scheduled appointment or service at any time by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment or session.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total service fee, depending on the type of service booked.
  • Cancellations made within 1 hour of the appointment will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

 

2. Rescheduling

  • Clients can reschedule their appointment or session free of charge, provided they notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
  • If rescheduling is requested within 24 hours of the appointment, a rescheduling fee of 25% of the total service fee may apply.

3. Payment Processors

Please note that refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment gateway and bank.

4. Special Considerations

In cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of the center’s management. Please contact us directly for assistance.
