Shipping Policies

1. Shipping for Downloadable & Virtual Products

• Downloadable and virtual products (such as e-books, courses, or digital guides) are delivered instantly via email or a download link after successful payment.
• If you do not receive your digital product within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at hjheenajain5@gmail.com.
• Ensure that the email provided during checkout is correct. We are not responsible for incorrect email entries that lead to non-receipt of the product.
• Digital products are non-refundable and non-transferable once delivered.

2. Shipping for Physical Books & Journals

We aim to deliver physical books and journals to your doorstep in a timely manner.

Processing & Dispatch Time

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment verification.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeline

• Within India: 5-10 business days
• International Shipping: 10-20 business days (subject to customs clearance in the destination country)

Please note that shipping timelines may vary based on your location, courier service, and any unforeseen delays (e.g., weather conditions, holidays, or courier issues).

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
• Free shipping may be available for select orders (as per promotional offers).

3. Customer & Payment Verification

To prevent fraud and ensure secure transactions, we may require:

• Payment confirmation from the payment gateway.
• Verification of billing/shipping details (if discrepancies arise).
• Valid contact information, including phone number and email, for order confirmation.
• Government-issued ID proof (for high-value or international orders, if required).

If we are unable to verify the payment or shipping details, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

4. Order Tracking & Delivery

• Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email/SMS.
• Customers are responsible for tracking their orders and ensuring availability at the shipping address.
• In case of delivery failure due to incorrect address or unavailability, reshipping charges may apply.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

• If your product is damaged during shipping, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof.
• Lost packages will be investigated with the courier company, and resolution will be provided based on the outcome.

6. Changes & Cancellations

• Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our support team.
• Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
