1. General Policy
Our services are designed to provide valuable counseling and training experiences. Due to the nature of these services, we do not offer refunds for completed sessions, training programs, or digital materials, except as outlined in this policy.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:
a) Cancellation by Us:
(i) If a session or training program is canceled by HJ Counselling & Training Center, you will be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
b) Cancellation by You:
(i) If you cancel your participation in a session or training program at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time, you may be eligible for a refund, minus a cancellation fee of 30%.
(ii) No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
c) Service Dissatisfaction:
(i) If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 7 days of the session to discuss your concerns. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
(i) Completed counseling sessions or training programs.
(ii) Digital materials, including purchased PowerPoint presentations (PPTs) and recorded sessions.
(iii) Missed sessions or no-shows.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

2. Provide your name, contact details, and proof of payment.
3. Explain the reason for your refund request.
We will review your request and respond within 7-10 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow additional time of 3-5 days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated on our website with the updated effective date.
